How it works

Set up once. Then add clients.

A customer holds their phone over a white NFC stand on a café table, next to a cup of coffee.
Illustration.
  1. Step 1: Brand it

Add your logo, colours, fonts and domain. Connect your Stripe account and create your price bands.

  2. Step 2: Add a client

Add their locations, link their Google profile and design their touchpoints. We print them and ship them to you or to the venue.

  3. Step 3: Bill and manage

Clients pay you through your Stripe account, on the billing schedule you set. Manage reviews and rewards for every location from one dashboard.

Review collection

Ask every customer. Treat every rating the same.

Customers tap an NFC point or scan a QR code on their own phone. In Tone mode, they rate first, then everyone lands on the same screen with the same "Review us on Google" button. Only the heading changes with the rating. In Direct mode, everyone goes straight to Google, Trustpilot or Tripadvisor.

The flows are designed around Google's review policy and UK and US review law, and the key rules are locked: you can't switch them off, and nor can your clients. Compliance is designed in, not left to a setting.

How compliant review flows work
  • Tone mode for Google. Same screen and buttons for every rating.

  • Direct mode. Straight to Google, Trustpilot or Tripadvisor.

  • Optional private feedback. Sits beside the public button, never in front of it.

  • Session log. A record that every customer was offered the public link.

Touchpoints, printed and shipped

No suppliers. No packing. Stock only if you want it.

Design table plates, counter stands, cards and stickers in the touchpoint designer. Start from our templates and add your client's logo, or upload your own artwork. Order at wholesale prices. We print in-house in the UK and ship to you or straight to the venue.

Your clients can also order from your in-app shop at the prices you set. They pay you. We're paid the wholesale price and shipping.

Rewards and loyalty

Tap to collect a stamp. Keep the card in Wallet.

Customers tap their phone on the venue's NFC point to collect a stamp. There's no app to download. They can save the card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, and it updates when a new stamp lands.

Stamps are earned by visiting, never by leaving a review. Rewards and reviews are separate features with separate touchpoints, so a stamp never depends on a rating.

Get early access
  • NFC stamping. Opens in the phone's browser.

  • Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. Passes that update with each stamp.

  • The venue's rules. Set the stamps needed and the reward.

  • Branded per venue. The venue's logo and colour on the card.

Your brand, your billing

Your name on the product. Your Stripe account for the money.

Every agency gets its own subdomain on our neutral app domain, and you can connect your own domain. Add your logo, colours and fonts. Emails go out under your agency's name, and replies come to you.

Bill clients through the platform with Stripe Connect. Create your own price bands: the price, how often it's billed and which features it includes. Subscriptions are charged on your own Stripe account, so the revenue is yours. Loylo takes no cut. Stripe's own fees apply.

  • Your domain. For example app.youragency.com.

A note from the founders

“The software was never the hard part of selling to local businesses. The last mile was: the plates, the cards, the stock and the shipping. Loylo takes those off your hands, so you can look after your clients.”

The Loylo founders
  • From a founder who spent three years building and selling review software into hospitality.
  • And a founder who built a loyalty product now running in a café pilot.
  • Touchpoints printed in-house in the UK.

FAQ

Questions agencies ask

What counts as a location?

A location is one site of one business: one café, one salon, one gym. A café group with three sites uses three locations. A business without premises, such as a plumber, counts as one. Your tier sets how many locations you can run.

Is it really a one-time payment?

Yes, for the licence. You pay once for your tier, with no monthly licence fee. Some things are paid for as you use them: touchpoints and shipping, and Loylo credits for usage such as Wallet passes, AI reply drafts, review imports and messaging. Your licence includes a starter allowance of credits, and you can connect your own API keys instead. Stripe charges its own fees on the payments you take from clients.

Does it follow Google's review rules?

It's built to. Loylo is designed around Google's review policy and UK and US review law: the DMCC Act and the CMA's guidance in the UK, and the FTC's rules in the US. Every customer sees the same screen and the same public review button, whatever they rate. Private feedback is optional and never comes first. There are no rewards for reviews. Tripadvisor and Trustpilot links only appear in Direct mode, because their own rules require it. These rules are locked, so they can't be switched off. This isn't legal advice, and you're still responsible for how you and your clients ask for reviews.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. Every agency starts with its own subdomain on our neutral app domain. You can then connect your own domain, such as app.youragency.com. Your login pages, your clients' dashboards and their customers' review and rewards pages all run on it. Printed codes keep working if you change domain later.

Who prints and ships the touchpoints, and where?

We do. Loylo prints touchpoints in-house in the UK and ships from the UK, either to you or straight to your client's venue. You order through the in-app shop at wholesale prices, and your clients can order through your shop at your prices. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Orders outside the UK may carry import duties and taxes, and checkout shows how they're handled for your country.

How do my clients pay me?

Through the platform, on your own Stripe account, using Stripe Connect. You create price bands: a price, a billing schedule and the features included. Clients pay you directly. Loylo takes no share of your client subscriptions. Stripe charges its standard fees to your account.

Will my clients see the Loylo name?

Your clients see your brand, not Loylo. Their dashboard and their customers' review and rewards pages use your name, logo, colours and domain, and the "Powered by" line is hidden. Emails show your agency's name and replies go to you, but they are sent from our neutral mail domain. A few screens can't be fully branded, such as the Google or Microsoft sign-in consent screen and the issuer name on Wallet passes. These show a neutral name, not Loylo.

Which countries can I sell in?

You can sign up from anywhere, and prices are in US dollars. Client billing runs on Stripe, so you need a Stripe account in a country Stripe supports. We apply the same, strictest review rules in every country. Touchpoints ship from the UK.

Can I try it before I buy?

Yes. Join the early-access list. When the app launches, every sign-up gets a private demo: a sandbox copy of Loylo filled with sample data. Add your logo, choose fonts and themes, and see it as your clients would. If you buy, your branding and settings carry over to your real account. The sample data doesn't.

When does it launch?

We're building it now and haven't set a public date. Join the early-access list and we'll email you when the demo opens.
